Congratulations on the show. Keep it up.
Now, was the vignette piece a joke? I have never heard of doing that. Although some of it seemed to make sense, the rest was hard to swallow. How could anyone use the large oval vignette that he showed? Most lenses, except for the fastest telephotos would stick completely through the hole. Also the comment he made about getting the holes precision cut seemed silly. And finally the small vignettes for thumbnail images is what really suspended all belief.
So what was it? I’m confused and a little surprised that no one else has brought this up yet.
Roger,
YES, by all means, John’s vignette bit was a joke, and he assumed that people would know that by the fact that the vignettes were made out of things like cereal boxes, as well as by Chris’s reactions. (tbh, these things would create very crude vignettes, but it’s not something you’d want to do likely). Ahhh, the British sense of humour….:)
Great Show!!!!!!
Well, I was pretty sure it was a joke but Chris and John were so serious I began to wonder. I thought they would at least have a laugh and explain at the end but they ended as though it was all serious. So I guess I’m a dolt for believing they were serious. The joke is on me.
