Chris wants to talk about the difference between flash times on a DSLR. A DSLR has a mirror that shows the image in the viewfinder and when you press the shutter, the mirror swings out of the way. There’s also a curtain which also flips up to clear the way for the light be cast onto the image sensor.

Chris is preparing to go back to Mount Everest for more high climbing photography. Leo’s Canon 5D Mk II got a firmware upgrade that allows for 24p recording.
