Nature Photography

Nature Photography is the umbrella term of pictures taken out in the nature and containing landscapes, wildlife or other natural subjects (such as flowers or other plants).

Nature Photography is divided in several sub-types - Each require different equipment and experience. You will find the most famous here below:

• Landscape Photography is largely seen as the successor of painted landscape art, showing the same subjects and situations. Mountains, River Areas are very popular subjects for Landscape Photography.
• Macro Photography is very popular within Nature Photography. Although there are non-nature situations for close-up photos, flowers or other plants and insects are usual subjects.
• Wildlife Photography is about recording the behaviors and actions of wildlife animals using big telephoto lenses. A very popular example for wildlife photography subjects are birds.
