Beanbag

Definition

A beanbag is a bag made of cloth or similar material with a diameter of about 8” (20cm). It is filled with beans, rice, styrofoam or similar. It can replace a tripod in many situations, as it is less bulky and it requires virtually no setup time. It is used by placing it on any surface and placing the camera on top, thus creating a “bed” for the camera to rest on, and can be molded in multiple ways so that the camera can be positioned where the user needs it.
