What is this site about?
This site is the home of “Digital Photography Tips from the Top Floor”, a Podcast about photography.This show brings you non-techy tips that you can put to use immediately. It covers everything from image composition to post processing. No matter if you use a digital point-and-shoot or an expensive digital SLR. Tips for the beginner as well as the professional photographer.
What is a Podcast?
A Podcast is like a radio show, just better! It’s free, you can automatically download it using a piece of free software, and you can listen to it wherever and whenever you like. There are many thousands of Podcasts available for you to choose from in all sorts of languages.From a technical point of view, a Podcast is an MP3 file.

Do I need an iPod?
No iPod required (yes, the name “Podcast” is a bit misleading). You can listen to Podcasts with any computer and any MP3 player.
Will it work on a PC/Mac?

Why do you do this for free?
It’s a hobby. I love teaching, I love digital photography, and I’m a professional photograhper. I do earn a little money from the advertising on the web site, which helps to maintain the server and pays for the download bandwidth. And I wouldn’t mind to pick up a sponsor on the way.
