    I’m sure the topic has been bashed to death, but the cold weather really sucks your batteries dry. Keeping a fresh set inside your jacket and warmed by your body will go along way. Also, don’t keep ducking in and out of the cold – moisture on your lens will drive you batty. Keep that lens in the cold until you are done.
