Naan is bread, generally similar to a pita, 9 inches in diamater, 1/4 inch thick.
The things being baked at the end of the clip look more like papadams, very thin, 1/8 or 1/16 inch thick, like a crispy crepe. They often have seeds in them, and sometimes, as in the ones seen here, have small holes or tears. Perfect with some tangy sauce and a KingFisher lager before the meal!
