Chris,

Thanks for answering my question, but the first part was a bit personal. Ok, I would be more accurate next time with "the sound" and a bit shorter too :)

In fact we are just having different approaches to the photography universe. You are more from the "new school", which try "to catch a moment" with more shots. I feel more addicted to the approach that "every click" should result with a reasonable picture, but do not have enough skills to archive it in practice. Still think that it is worth trying.

Also my "reasonable" criteria is much weaker than you "good". So I wonder if could get a 1:20 ratio with your criteria.

Pavel.

PS: I've got my first professional shooting last week and it was amazing. Many portrait sessions together with reportage photography. Some side photos will come to TFTTF Flicr group.

Think you know this already, but in case others wonder, all the workshops are the same length, four days. It's just that the CO one starts on a different day of the week that might confuse.

Haha, don't worry about your American geography, most Americans can barely name four European cities never mind be able to locate them on a map. :)

I am curious to know why the Fort Collins workshop is five days while the others are only three?

Well, Digital is KINDA free. You have to pay more for a digital camera initially - a dSLR is more expensive than a film SLR - but unlike film cameras, there are no ongoing costs for film purchase and development.

So, I'd some it up by saying that a film camera is cheaper to buy, but has ongoing costs. On the other hand, digital has a higher startup cost, but after that there are no ongoing costs.
