Years ago while working at a newspaper one of old timers showed me his trick of cleaning his lenses with scotch tape. Sounds weird but it works like magic. I keep filters on all my lenses. When the get crudded up I scotch tape them to rarely need any cleaning fluid and regular cleaning. The tape leaves no residue. I even use it to clean the screen of my MacBook I think this is a really interesting idea for cleaning a sensor.

Now I know it was an error from his side (nothing had changed) and in the English translation the hint is already removed. The German text will be corrected soon.
