The front camera shots always look bluer and more washed out than the side camera. It also does not look to be in focus.

I’m not sure if you have the option to balance the color on the two cameras but it could be worth a try.

I'll have to give it a shot next time I'm out with the long lens -- It's such a pain in the butt to drag a tripod around when you're just going out for something less than a serious shoot.
