HEY, I gotta name check on the show
Chris - I was just kidding about drying the camera out after changing lenses in the shower. It was the way you said it on the video cast, I had visions of photographers standing in the shower with there brand new DSLRs swapping lenses and getting soaking wet. Sorry for the confusion, that was a good point you raised about the humidity though. I hadn’t thought of that.
Patrick.
Patrick, I had the feeling you were kidding, but then I thought “what if someone really goes with hot water?”
So, we shouldn’t shampoo the mirror first?
oops.
I used shampoo and cream rinse. Was I not supposed to? My camera smealls so nice and clean now….;)
Hi Chris, I’ve been listening to your show for a couple of months and really appreciate your tips.
I think you’re wise to wait for CS3 for your Mac. (and by the way congrats on your new acquisition.) We are using CS2 on the Intel Macs at work and it is painfully, excruciatingly slow. I hear the CS3 version of Camera Raw will be much improved, too.
keep those tips coming, and I hear hot Dr Pepper mixed with Jack Daniels is a great cold remedy….
