Why does 35mm film have an image format of 24x36mm?

    I was somewhat suprised that you mentioned a polarising filter, but not ND Grad filters – they really help to bring the brightness of the sky down to a similar level to the foreground. If you can afford a circular polariser, then you can afford an ND grad filter system, and you’ll have change to buy other square filters.

    I knew someone would jump in on that :) Thanks for pointing it out though, you’re of course right that ND grads are a great help with many sky/foreground issues too.
